When I was 27, I was hunched over on my couch, flexing my muscles essentially like a sit up, really trying to activate my core when suddenly I something shift a bit out of place under my ribs on the right side. It felt like a “pulled muscle” of sorts, like something shifted a bit out of place and afterwards like a ball was under my right ribs.
